We do Rock Phosphate Mining mostly by surface methods using draglines and bucket wheel excavators for large deposits and power shovels or earthmovers for smaller deposits.
Minerals Processing Plant
At mineral processing plant, we recover or extract minerals through a range of processes, including comminution, sizing, gravity concentration, magnetic separation, and more.
Surface mining
3S Mineral Processors Private Limited leaves strong foot print in recently started mining vertical also, where we offer diversified range of service contracts as per requirement of mining.

RSMM (Rock Phosphate Mine)Jhamar Kotra Udaipur
Rock Phosphate mines at Jhamarkotra is complex deposit. Mining these rock phosphate deposits is far more difficult than that in most parts of the world. Despite the complexities of the deposit, excellent results have been achieved by continuous innovations. With an annual rock handling of about 20 million tonnes, Jhamarkotra is probably the largest open cast mine in India outside the steel and coal sectors. On technical fronts the problem of ground water had affected the mining operations, until an effective dewatering scheme was evolved and implemented.
